I went in for an implant. From start to finish, they explained the process very well and in depth. No surprises. You do have to pay upfront. Everyone o came in contact with was friendly, professional and courteous. This is my second tooth implant and it went 100% more smooth than my first! I also have dental anxiety. Everyone from the front office, to the doctor was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone!

I cannot rave about this office enough. Dr Ingoldsby has treated my daughter twice now & i recommend him to everyone looking for an oral surgeon. His staff is SO nice & always makes my daughter feel at ease about treatment. Thank you so much for all your help & for treating my daughter with so much care.

Our daughter needed to have oral surgery, and this was our first experience with this office. From the moment we walked in, every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making her feel comfortable. What impressed me most was that every staff member took the time to talk with her and put her at ease. They built her trust so completely that on the morning of her surgery, she woke up saying she felt good about it because she knew she could trust them. As a parent, that meant everything. To say we were happy with our experience would be an understatement. I manage an office that serves patients as well, and I found myself looking around thinking, "I hope our clients feel this way about our team." The culture you've created is something special. Your compassion, professionalism, and teamwork are evident in every interaction, and your patients can truly feel it. We're so grateful to have that tooth out, and she's already feeling so much better. Thank you for making what could have been a scary experience into one that left us feeling cared for and confident. Dr. Cudney and his entire staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they truly listened to me when I explained my past experiences and adjusted their approach to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The procedure itself was very quick, and the team made sure I understood everything I needed to know before leaving. A few hours after I got home, the office even called to check on me and see if I had any follow-up questions or concerns, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better office to have my oral surgery done. I would absolutely recommend Cudney & Ingoldsby Oral Surgery to anyone needing a procedure. 10000/10!

Dr. Ingoldsby & the staff are fantastic! Friendly, explain everything (procedures, billing, etc) very well. I had 2 cracked molars that needed to be removed & have had dental implants placed. I always feel well cared for, that my well-being is important to them & that they are truly there to help their patients feel better, be healthier & have a quality experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ingoldsby & his staff to anyone needing an oral surgeon!
